A trade show follow-up gift is a small, branded item you send to the leads you met at your booth, after the show, so your name is on their desk when they decide who to call back. This guide covers who deserves a gift, what to send at each budget, when it should land, and how to time your order so the gifts are ready before the show closes.
A gift that arrives after the show reaches a lead at their desk, away from the noise of the hall and the dozens of other booths they walked past. At the booth, your giveaway competes with everyone else's. A week later, a parcel with their name on it, a short note and your logo is the only thing on the table.
Send a gift only to leads with a real next step: a meeting booked, a quote requested, or a named project. A badge scan with no conversation is better served by a good email. Split the qualified list into two or three tiers, so the budget goes where the deal size is. Each price below is a from price, which is what the item costs at higher volumes; smaller runs sit above it, and each product page carries its current tier pricing.
For leads who asked good questions and took your card, a practical everyday item works best.
For leads who booked a follow-up meeting or asked for a proposal, step up to something that feels chosen for them.

Keep a handful for the two or three leads who could become your biggest accounts.

Aim for the gift to land in the first week after the show, while the conversation is still fresh, and follow it with a call. That means the gifts must be produced before the show, not after it. Allow 3 to 6 weeks from design sign-off to delivery and count back from the last day of the show, so the boxes are in your office ready to send. Runs above 1,000 pieces, and anything landing near year-end or Chinese New Year (6 February 2027), need longer. You will see a mockup within 24 to 48 hours of sending your artwork, and Anri's record is 0% late deliveries.
Almost everything in the Anri corporate catalogue has a minimum order of 50 pieces, so even a small key-account tier clears it. Order the warm and booked tiers for the leads you expect to qualify, not for every badge scan; extras keep well and make good gifts for the next show.
If you are still choosing what to hand out at the booth itself, see our corporate gifts for exhibitions, and for gifts to existing customers, corporate gifts for clients.
When you have a show date, contact us or WhatsApp the team and a customer success rep will plan the tiers with you.
