What is the lead time required for favors and door gifts?

For majority of our curations, we need a lead time of at least 3 weeks for orders to be fulfilled after design finalisation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) differs for each gift curation. Please find the MOQ and lead time indicated in the description of your preferred gift curation.

Can I customise my labels and design for my favors and gifts?

Yes! Our customer success representative will assist you in finalising your design, including customisation of names, text, and more. You can choose from our available designs or submit your own based on the label guide we will send you before we begin production. Additionally, you are welcome to share your invitation card, image references, or inspirations with us to create a design that perfectly matches your overall theme.

How do I make an order?

We collaborate closely with our customers at every step of the way from order confirmation to design customisations to ensure exceptional service and reliability.

Can I modify my design or order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the status of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayNow, and other secure payment gateways.

Can I deliver straight to my wedding venue?

Of course! For wedding favors, we deliver to the venue concierge one day before your wedding. If there is no concierge available, we highly recommend having the package delivered to a home address to ensure it is received successfully.

What are the delivery charges?

We apply a flat $15 delivery charge for all orders under $400. For orders exceeding $400, you get free local delivery! All favors and gifts are carefully packed and come with insurance protection against breakages during transit.
