The best booth giveaways are small, light and useful enough that visitors keep them after the show: pens, note clips, charging cables, tote bags and portable fans. A visitor who uses your giveaway at their desk the following week sees your brand again, which a flyer rarely manages.
Plan two tiers. Hand a low-cost item like a pen or note clip to everyone who stops by, and keep a better piece, such as a wireless charging stand or power bank, for the qualified leads you want to hear from again.
Match the giveaway to what your visitors carry and use. Tech buyers appreciate a charging cable or organiser pouch, sustainability-minded visitors notice an eco kraft pen or steel straw, and a tote helps every visitor carry the rest of the show home with your logo on the outside.
Send your show dates on WhatsApp and a rep will confirm timing and send a free mockup.
Estimate your booth visitors per day, multiply by the number of show days, and order your low-cost giveaway against that figure. Order the premium tier only for the leads you expect to qualify.
Most giveaways start at 50 pieces. A small number of items start at 100 to 200 pieces; each product page shows its minimum.
Order 3 to 6 weeks before the show, counted from artwork approval. Book earlier for runs above 1,000 pieces or shows near Chinese New Year.
A useful giveaway gets kept, and a kept giveaway keeps your logo in front of the visitor. An item thrown away at the hall exit costs money and earns nothing.
